He has valuable knowledge and experience in negotiating contracts and framework agreements and helped us to secure considerable retained business. With the business ready for sale, we had no hesitation is asking EBC to lead and manage the whole sale process. EBC’s wider resources came into play at this stage as they provided an interim Finance Director and recommended legal advisors to ensure a successful outcome for SSI shareholders. Following completion of the sale, Patrick was appointed as an RMI Board Director and he continues to provide valuable advice to the wider business.
