Remote Medical International
RMI specialises in providing medical, health and safety and security personnel to remote and high-risk worksites around the globe. To expand its operations into renewable energy, and diversify its services to include security and risk management, RMI acquired SSI Energy in July 2020.
EBC consulted with SSI Energy to manage the sale of SSI Energy to RMI and after completion of the sale process, Patrick Phelan was invited to join the board of RMI as a Board Director. EBC continues to support the company through:
- Advising on the development of an expanded international service offering
- Structuring and reinforcing the leadership team
- Providing support in securing major contracts worth over £40million in the UK
- Providing an interim Commercial Director
- Providing marketing and communications services through Associates.
- Providing expertise in the emerging North American offshore wind market
RMI’s collaboration with EBC has bolstered the operations and leadership capabilities within the team, and helped unlock the potential for our ambitious organisation, enabling us to innovate and grow within new sectors. The EBC Team’s expertise has been vital in helping us secure valuable contracts in the UK and also in preparing for entry to new high-growth markets.
